1. Our Commitment
We believe every person deserves equal access to education, inspiration, and professional development resources. That commitment extends to our website, online programs, digital content, and live speaking and training events.
This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.1, Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
2. Website Accessibility Features
- Keyboard navigation: Core site functions are navigable by keyboard without a mouse.
- Screen reader compatibility: Page structure uses semantic HTML and descriptive labels.
- Text alternatives: Images include descriptive alt text.
- Color contrast: Text and background combinations meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 Level AA ratios.
- Resizable text: Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
- Descriptive link text: Links are meaningful out of context.
- No auto-playing media: Audio and video do not play automatically without user initiation.
3. Video and Multimedia Content
- New video content will include closed captions where feasible.
- Transcripts for recorded presentations and trainings are available upon request.
- Audio descriptions for visual content are available upon request.

4. Online Programs and Digital Materials
- Course platform navigation is designed to be keyboard accessible.
- PDF workbooks and downloadable materials are available in alternative formats upon request.
- Slides and presentation decks are available for download upon request to support participants who use assistive technology.
5. Live Events and In-Person Training
You may request the following accommodations when booking or registering:
- Wheelchair-accessible seating and venue access
- ASL (American Sign Language) interpretation
- CART (Communication Access Realtime Translation) live captioning
- Large-print materials or handouts
- Reserved front-row seating for attendees with hearing or visual impairments
- Quiet break areas for attendees with sensory processing needs
- Dietary accommodations for catered events

6. Virtual Events and Webinars
- Automated or live closed captioning through the virtual platform
- Session recordings with captions shared with registered attendees after the event
- Slides and materials provided in advance for participants who need additional processing time
- One-on-one orientation calls for participants who need platform navigation support
7. Colorado and Federal Standards
- ADA, Title III: Requiring places of public accommodation to be accessible to individuals with disabilities.
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act: Informing our digital content practices.
- Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act (CADA), C.R.S. Section 24-34-601: Prohibiting disability discrimination in places of public accommodation.
- WCAG 2.1, Level AA: The internationally recognized web accessibility standard.
8. Known Limitations
Areas we are actively working to address:
- Legacy embedded video content that may lack full caption coverage
- Third-party embedded tools outside our direct control
- Older PDF documents that may not be fully screen-reader optimized

We will acknowledge your message within three (3) business days and work toward a resolution within ten (10) business days where feasible.
10. Ongoing Improvement
We conduct periodic reviews of our website and materials and incorporate accessibility improvements on an ongoing basis. This statement is reviewed and updated at minimum annually.
